ATLAS Text Messaging

ATLAS Life ("ATLAS") offers an optional text-messaging program that lets you talk to your ATLAS assistant over SMS and receive the notifications you asked for — day-plan check-ins, briefing alerts, and account notifications. It is entirely opt-in, and this page is the program's canonical description.
How opt-in works
You enroll inside the ATLAS Life iOS app, in Settings → Data sources → Text ATLAS. Enrollment requires two explicit steps: you enter your mobile number, and you confirm it with a one-time verification code sent to that number. Each message class (assistant chat, check-in reminders, escalation calls) has its own toggle, off by default. Creating an ATLAS account never opts you in to text messages.
The consent language shown at enrollment: "By providing your phone number and confirming the verification code, you agree to receive text messages from ATLAS Life at the number provided, for the features you select. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase."
What you might receive
- Assistant conversation — replies from your ATLAS assistant when you text it first.
- Check-in reminders — a nudge when a day-plan block you marked critical ends without a check-in.
- Account notifications — service messages that affect your account or data.
Message frequency varies with how you use the features you enabled. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any ATLAS message to cancel all ATLAS texts immediately. Reply HELP for help, or email jackullmannn@gmail.com. You can also turn any message class off in the app at any time.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Messages are delivered by Twilio acting purely as a carrier on our behalf. Everything else about how your data is handled is in the Privacy Policy.
