ATLAS Life: Personal OS · iOS

Your day has a shape.

ATLAS computes your energy for the next 24 hours from your real sleep, training, food, and caffeine. Then it runs the whole day with you.

A sample day. Yours is computed from your real sleep, training, food, and caffeine.

Trackers tell you what happened. ATLAS tells you what you are ready for.

The 24-Hour State engine turns last night's sleep, this week's training, today's food, and your caffeine into one readiness curve. You can see the afternoon dip before it happens.

6:47 AM

Wake up to a briefing, not a feed.

ATLAS AM is a short morning briefing in a real voice, like a radio host who read your data first. Your sleep, your day ahead, the one thing that matters. Press play with your coffee.

ATLAS AM briefing screen titled The morning show for Friday, August 21, with segments covering the state read, the day's plan, training, and food targets.

7:15 AM

See the whole day before it starts.

The state curve shows when you'll peak and when you'll fade. Put the hard things on the high ground. The curve updates as the day actually happens.

State Engine screen showing a state score of 54, a 24-hour curve with the now marker inside the 6 to 8 AM peak window, and six factor lanes behind the score.

12:20 PM

Say what you ate. That's the whole log.

Speak a meal or photograph the plate. ATLAS parses the items and the macros and files them. No database spelunking. No barcode hunt.

Food screen at midday: 1,202 of 3,225 calories eaten with dinner still open, macro bars for protein, carbs, and fat, and a water tracker at 68 of 101 ounces.

Any time

Talk to it. It checks before it acts.

Tell ATLAS you had eggs and toast. Tell it to start your pull day. Ask how your sleep trended this week. It answers, and every action is confirm first. Nothing happens without your yes.

Coming soon: text ATLAS over SMS. It calls only when it matters. SMS terms

ATLAS Voice sheet: a typed request to log three eggs and two slices of toast, answered with a parsed 390-calorie breakfast waiting on a Confirm button.

9:40 PM

The whole day on one screen.

Home is the day at a glance. State, sleep, food, training, and what's next. One screen you actually check.

Home dashboard in the evening: recovery 89, focus high, sleep 7.4 hours on target, and the day's state curve with the now marker in the late evening.
